1. For tax purposes all our retail partners are required to provide a valid sales tax      identification number.

3. A opening minimum order of $150.00 is required. There is no reorder minimum.

4. Orders must be prepaid by credit card or check.

5. Orders are shipped FOB New York

6. Delivery time on orders is 2 to 3 weeks.

7. a handling charge not to exceed 3% of the net value of the invoice plus actual freight charges will be added to each shipment.

8. All damage claims must be placed with shipper.

9. Any claims  regarding damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

11. A restocking fee will be charged to orders canceled after packed for shipment.

12. Our carrier is UPS. We also ship USPS. We will use the most economical shipper for your location. Backorders ship as ready within 2 weeks from backorder date. The BaSIX and Beyond will pay freight charges ONLY for backorders.
